Any link (including hyperlinks, buttons, or referral devices
of any kind) used on this or any other Title One site is provided
for the use and convenience of the visitor. The appearance
of a link on this or any other Title One site does not constitute
an endorsement, recommendation, or certification by Title
One of the third party site, nor should the presence of a
link in any way be construed as a suggestion that the site
has any relationship with Title One. Title One does not endorse
these sites, is not responsible for their content, and can
not assure that the information contained therein will be

disclaims any and all responsibility and liability for the

Links to Title One Web Sites
Title One generally does not object to links to Title One's
web sites from third party sites. However, there are certain
conditions that must be followed. Unless Title One and a third
party enter into a specific written agreement, a third party
attempting to link to a Title One web site:

trademarks, or servicemarks in or with their links. Notwithstanding
the above, a third party may link to a Title One site using
the plain text name of that site or the plain text name of
Title One.
May not use any of Title One's names, logos, designs, slogans,
trademarks, or servicemarks, or any other words or codes identifying
Title One's web sites in any "metatag" or other information
used by search engines or other information location tools
to identify and select sites, without Title One's express
written permission.
May not use any of Title One's names, logos, designs, slogans,
trademarks, or servicemarks in any advertising, publicity,
promotion, or in any other commercial manner without the prior
express written permission of Title One.
May not present the link to Title One's web site in such a
way to suggest Title One has any relationship or affiliation
with the third party or that Title One endorses, sponsors,
or recommends the information, products, or services contained
or described on the site.
Should only link to the home page/first page/registration
page of the Title One site.
May not incorporate any content from the Title One web site
into the third party's site, including but not limited to,
in-lining or framing.
