REGARD TO THE INFORMATION ACCESSED FROM, OR VIA, A TITLE ONE
SERVER, SITE, OR THE INTERNET, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, SYSTEM INTEGRATION, DATA ACCURACY, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.
TITLE ONE DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LEGAL LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY
FOR THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, USEFULNESS, OR TIMELINESS
OF ANY INFORMATION, APPARATUS, PRODUCT, OR PROCESS DISCLOSED

FROM ACCESS TO OR USE OF A TITLE ONE SITE, OR THE INTERNET
GENERALLY, UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION
OR LEGAL THEORY, OR FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, WHETHER

OR THE INTERNET GENERALLY MAY BE BROUGHT BY A USER/VISITOR
MORE THAN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE USER/VISITOR KNEW OR SHOULD
HAVE KNOWN OF THE OCCURRENCE OF THE EVENT(S) WHICH GAVE RISE
TO THE CAUSE OF ACTION.

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION GIVEN BY TITLE ONE, ITS AFFILIATES
OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL
CREATE ANY WARRANTY. NEITHER TITLE ONE NOR ITS AFFILIATES

No Advice

situations or problems. Title One encourages all visitors

Failure to Comply
Title One reserves the right to terminate or restrict the

Governing Law
